Policies for purchases of services or goods via the web

Via your participation  in the Rocky Mountain Illini Club, you may use your credit card or other form of payment to:

1. Join the Rocky Mountain Illini Club and pay dues

2. Make a contribution to the University of Illinois to support the Rocky  Mountain Illini Scholarship Fund

3. Pay the fees or charges related to a Rocky Mountain Illini Club  event  for which you make a  reservation

Refunds

Refunds for contributions made to the University of Illinois are subject to the polices of the University of Illinois.

Refunds for Membership dues may be requested by contacting us using the information above.

Refunds for events tickets may be requested prior to the event, or prior to the deadline for purchases listed in the announcement e mail for the event.  If there is a waiting list for limited tickets, your purchase MAY be able to be refunded after the deadline, but in no case after the event itself.

 

Delivery of Merchandise

If you have purchased merchandise through the Rocky Mountain Illini Club, such merchandise will be delivered by the most appropriate , e.g. postal service, UPS, or Fed Ex, depending on the item(s) You will be notified of the delivery method and estimated delivery date along with the receipt for the purchase, and will have the opportunity to cancel the order and request a refund if delivery cannot be accomplished within an acceptable time frame.
